Our Services
Design
The process begins with conceptualizing the design of the garment. Designers create sketches or digital designs that serve as the blueprint for the production process.
Fabric Sourcing
Once the design is finalized, we source the appropriate fabrics and materials required for production. This involves considering factors such as quality, cost, and availability
Pattern Making
Patterns are templates used to cut fabric pieces into specific shapes and sizes. Pattern making involves translating the design into technical patterns that guide the cutting and sewing process.
Cutting & Sewing
Fabric is cut according to the patterns to prepare pieces for assembly. Precision is crucial during this stage to ensure consistency and accuracy in the final product. Fabric pieces are assembled using sewing machines or by hand, depending on the complexity of the garment and production scale.
Finishing and Quality Control
Once the garment is assembled, it undergoes finishing processes such as pressing, trimming loose threads, and adding final touches like buttons or zippers. Quality control checks are conducted at various stages to ensure that the finished product meets quality standards.
Packaging and Distribution
After passing quality control, garments are packaged according to specific requirements and prepared for distribution. This may involve labeling, tagging, and packaging in appropriate containers for shipping to retailers or customers.
